Citizens Advice New Forest Adviceline – 0808 278 7860 will be open until 2pm on 24^th December.

Ringwood, Lymington and New Milton offices will close on Tuesday 23^rd December.

Totton office will be available for drop ins until 2pm on 24^th December.

Our Adviceline and offices in Lymington & New Milton will re-open on Friday 2nd January 2026.  

Usual opening hours for all of our offices will resume from Monday 5^th January

If you require a referral to a local Food Bank, opening times are as follows:

• Totton (Youth & Family Matters) will be open Christmas Eve until 12pm. Open again from 31st December.
• Waterside (Trussell Trust) will be open on Tuesday 23^rd December (closes at 1pm). Open again from 30th December.
• Lymington (basics bank) will be open Christmas Eve until 12pm. Open again from 29th December.
• Ringwood (Trussell Trust) will be open Christmas Eve until 12.30pm. Open again from 31st December.
• Fordingbridge will be open Christmas Eve until 2.30pm. Open again from 29th December.
