HR & Training Administrator 

Hours:   21 hours

Pay:       £23,400 F.T.E.

Location:     Lymington

To deliver quality advice and meet a growing demand, Citizens Advice New Forest need people who are well trained and passionate about giving an effective service to those most in need.  In this role you will provide administrative support to the Leadership team, specifically on HR and Training related matters.

You will be a highly motivated strong team player with excellent administrative and organisational skills. You will have the ability to understand written and oral information; have good numeracy skills sufficient to amend training budgets and database records; and have effective oral and written communication skills for working with staff and volunteers.  

This role would suit an Administrator with experience of working within an HR and/or Training & Development team, however we would also welcome applications from candidates who have transferable skills and are keen to develop a professional career in HR and/or Training & Development.

Applicants will be considered on a rolling basis and the closing date is Friday 23rd February 2024.

Finance Officer

Hours:   21 hours

Pay:      £27,000 – £29,000

Location:    Hybrid, office based in Lymington

Citizens Advice New Forest is seeking a diligent and experienced Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth financial management of our charity, providing essential support to our mission of providing high quality information, Advice and Guidance. As the Finance Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining financial procedures and systems, producing budgets and management accounts, and ensuring accurate financial recording using QuickBooks.

This role would suit an individual with a basic knowledge of Debt Advisory or someone looking to level up and undertake a period of training. The successful candidate would be expected to work a hybrid model of delivery, providing advice via multiple channels such as face-to-face, telephone and email.
