Advice Locality Manager – East New Forest (Part-Time)
Location: Totton and surrounding area, New Forest
Salary: £28,000 (FTE) with salary review on successful completion of probation
Contract type & hours: Permanent, Part-time (24 hours per week)

Foodbank Support Worker – Waterside (Blackfield)
Location: Waterside Foodbank although further travel may be required
Contract Type & Hours: Permanent, Part-time (19 hours per week)
Salary: £13,325 (£26,300 FTE) with salary review on successful completion of three-month probation.
Closing Date: Friday 1st May 2026
Citizens Advice New Forest is seeking a compassionate Foodbank Support Worker to provide advice and practical support to foodbank users across the Waterside. The role focuses on helping people experiencing financial hardship, including debt and benefits issues, and supporting access to wider Citizens Advice services.
You will work mainly through outreach sessions at the foodbank in Blackfield, with some office and home-based working. Support will be delivered via face-to-face appointments, telephone and email.
This role suits someone who is empathetic, a strong communicator and motivated to support vulnerable people. An advice background is desirable, but applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to train are encouraged to apply.
